Replacements and Guarantees
Every artwork presented here is an original creation — singular in existence and destined for only one collector. In keeping with the exclusivity of these pieces, replacement requests are accepted solely in the rare event that:
An artwork arrives damaged
The received artwork is wrong, or materially different from its description.
Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear documentation.
For your peace of mind, each acquisition is fully insured in transit. Should any issue arise, our concierge team will handle the matter promptly and discreetly, ensuring your collecting experience remains as exceptional as the art itself.
How to Request a Claim
Should your acquisition arrive with any concerns, we are here to assist promptly and discreetly.
Step 1 — Notify Us
Within 72 hours of delivery, please get in touch with our team at office@strokesandsplinters.com with your order reference number.
Step 2 — Provide Documentation
Kindly include clear photographs showing:
the artwork in full
the area of concern (close-up)
the packaging exterior and interior
This allows our team to assess swiftly and accurately.
Step 3 — Review & Guidance
Our specialists will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with personalized next steps. If a claim is approved, you will receive detailed packaging and shipment instructions to ensure the artwork’s safe transit, or you will be advised on how the damaged piece will be replaced.
Step 4 (not always required) — Secure Return Shipment
In the event that it is required, all approved returns must be shipped using the specified insured method provided by our team. This preserves the integrity and value of the piece.
